 Responsibilities

• Cash paid to staff for advance and expenses by L.O.A.
• Record Cash and Bank transactions in Excel. Ensure accurate Voucher Numbering, through voucher verification, and data reconciliation.
• Monitor and record Closing Stock in Excel and Software based on GRN (Goods Received Notes) and GIN (Goods Issued Notes).
• Update and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) outstanding balances in Excel.
• Accurate and timely data entry of Sales Invoices into Excel and Accounting Software on a daily basis, ensuring zero discrepancies.
• Ensure following accounting standards/ office Memo/ Directions/ SOP/ Internal policies and regulations.
• Report to manager for cash daily transaction by finance share point.
• All Stock Daily Transaction to excel record and MBC Software

For Monthly Report

• Checking Staff advance balance and signature.
• Checking closing stock balance.
• AP & AR Balance Ledger.

Qualifications:

Requirements

• Any graduate with LCCI Level I or II.
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience is preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
• Knowledge of AP, AR, cash handling, and stock control.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately.
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Prepare the lab, set up equipment, and maintain supplies.

• Support QC reporting, monthly summaries, and SOP improvements.
• Report any quality incidents or non-conformities promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments on quality matters.

Qualifications:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry, Agriculture, or related field.
• 0–1 years of QC lab experience.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, chemical handling, and lab testing methods.
• Able to operate lab equipment and use Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of agricultural products is a plus.
• Good communication, problem-solving, reporting skills, and attention to detail.

Daw Khin Kyi Foundation provided technical advice in building Kan Thar Yar school library. Zawgyi handed over the library and playground to the school on 22nd February. On the event day, Kan Thar Yar students and Zawgyi team had a good time playing games together on the event day. Students and teachers performed singing, dancing and role-playing on stage. Zawgyi also donated 2 million Kyats to Daw Khin Kyi Foundation during the event.

At the annual gathering, organized before the start of 2020 palm sugar harvest season, Unilever and Zawgyi also discussed methods to improve the quality of palm sugar and shared the market situation. Through the enhanced partnership between Zawgyi, Unilever and palm sugar farmers/collectors quantity of palm sugar to be exported is expected to increase this year.

To help increase incomes of palm sugar farming families Unilever is aiming to recruit members of palm sugar farmers as agents of the company’s Amay program. At the gathering, Amay representatives explained and shared their experience on joining the network of Amay program.

Famous model Ms. Tin Moe Lwin facilitated the meetings and discussions on the topics of improving safety and security, ensuring quality control, conservation of palm trees and developing lives of farmers.

New farmers from Chauk, Yay Nan Chaung and Magway led by local NGO Network Activities Group, and INGO World Vision – some of whom would like to corporate with Zawgyi – also participated in the gathering
