Zawgyi Premier Co.,Ltd and its employees must, at all times, comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The company will not condone the activities of employees who achieve results through violation of the law or unethical business dealings. This includes any payments for illegal acts, indirect contributions, rebates, and bribery. The company does not permit any activity that fails to stand the closest possible public scrutiny.

All business conduct should be well above the minimum standards required by law. Accordingly, employees must ensure that their actions cannot be interpreted as being, in any way, in contravention of the laws and regulations governing Zawgyi Premier Co.,Ltd’s operations.

Employees uncertain about the application or interpretation of any legal requirements should refer the matter to their supervisor, who, if necessary, should seek appropriate legal advice.

Being a company that takes pride in its honesty and integrity, we do not tolerate corruption or bribery in any form, and we extend this vision to our CSR activity, making it necessary for our corporate sponsorships to be exclusively for humanitarian purposes, with no business motives. In addition, at Zawgyi, we consider our employees to be our biggest asset, hence we always go the extra mile to support them in every way possible, which includes training, leadership development, vocational skills upgrade programmes for their career development.

WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY

At Zawgyi, we observe the highest levels of personal and professional ethics in conducting our business. We ensure honesty and integrity in fulfilling our responsibilities, and compliance to all applicable laws and regulations. To achieve this, we encourage our employees to immediately report any violation, irrespective of who is involved, without the fear of any adverse consequences. The case will be impartially investigated by the Compliance Officer, and if the accused person is found guilty, the strictest action will be taken against him/her. We are open to feedback and maintain an open door policy, where employees can share their concerns or suggestions to help improve the process.
